Round Tables

For years I have watched a number of what I might call community “disconnects.” Areas where the innovative ideas and needed pathways or resources just don’t seem to get or stay connected within organizations or industries. The casualty is that many worthwhile efforts internally are not sustainable or fail in pivoting and stay flexible to the changing climate. These may be geographical communities or they may be industry communities like healthcare.
